Brandon has a dynamic, 25-year leadership career spearheading strategic business growth, revenue, and sales performance at emerging and established companies. He has run many high-growth environments, including start-ups, turnarounds, and multi-billion dollar businesses with full P&L accountability. He has a proven record of closing and managing annual multi-hundred-million-dollar revenue and profit growth goals. He is the driving force for new market strategy, revenue growth, and partner alliances with businesses of all sizes. He has the proven capacity to identify and capitalize on new market trends, translate market value into profits, as well as launch and grow successful products in established and emerging markets. He is an exceptional motivator, speaker, and leader of cross-impact teams, including C-suites.
Chief Operating Officer
Alan Kellogg serves Xevant’s Chief Operating Officer. In conjunction with Xevant, Alan also founded HealthLinX in 2000 utilizing his experience in the prescription benefit management industry. As a pharmacy benefit consulting firm, HealthLinX’ primarily serves the large health plans, state government, Taft-Hartley, and self-funded programs that require assistance in controlling their prescription benefit. Prior to HealthLinX, Alan was Vice President for a national PBM named RxAmerica. He worked in conjunction with several talented individuals to build RxAmerica from the ground up for American Stores (Osco, Sav-on, Albertsons, Acme, Jewel, Lucky Foods) beginning in 1994. Prior to RxAmerica Alan worked for a small PBM as Regional Vice President which was owned by a drug wholesaler, FoxMeyer. Alan resides in Draper, Utah. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 1983.
Director, Software Development
Chris currently builds and maintains data transformation to optimize the data structure. For over two decades Chris has focused on a dynamic blend of data transformation, software development, and software integration. He is an expert in healthcare data administration and has helped many organizations tackle the near-impossible task of making sense of vast amounts of data while ensuring patient data security. In addition his contributions towards the launch and management of the Xevant software solution, his long list of successes include the following highlights: developed software to support HP's managed print service business, managed the financial analytics services for RxAmerica, and developed the infrastructure for HealthLinX’s robust PBM auditing services. Chris knows several programming languages and specializes in SQL.
